10 East 52nd Street is a midtown Manhattan retail and office building completed in 1930. It is seven stories, and 78 feet tall with 17,841 square feet of gross floor area divided into two units. Crown Acquisitions, a family firm run by patriarch Stanley Chera and his sons, acquired a stake in the building in 2012 as part of a 49.9 percent purchase of the Olympic Tower complex, valued at the time at $1 billion. Crown and Oxford Properties Group acquired the remaining 50 percent interest in the retail and office portion of the complex in 2015 for $652 million. 10 East 52nd Street is located between Fifth and Madison Avenues, a zone that commands some of the worlds highest retail rents. -GM
