100 Church Street is a high-rise commercial office building in Manhattans financial district. The building was designed by Emery Roth & Sons architects and construction was completed in 1958. The building stands at 229 feet in height and contains some 1,047,500 square feet of usable space.

New York REIT SL Green acquired 100 Church Street for $181.6 million in 2010. Prior to the acquisition, former owner the Sapir Organization had carried out a series of renovations, including the installation of 22 Swarovski chandeliers in the lobby. This was mocked by many observers due to the buildings long term vacancy issues. Damaged by the attacks of September 11, 2001, 100 Church Street struggled to keep even halfway leased throughout the 2000s. Under SL Green ownership, leases at the building significantly rebounded, and it was 98.7% occupied by the end of 2014.

As of the fourth quarter of 2014, SL Green collected $38.2 million in annualized rents from tenants at the building. There are 18 tenants at the address. Major tenants include the Law Department of The City of New York (372,500 square feet), HF Management, Regus, Niche Media, and PRET.
