Located in the Financial District, the 29-floor office building is owned by real estate investment firm Cornerstone Real Estate Advisors, who purchased it from Savanna in 2015 for $275 million. The sale of the 528,000 square foot property set the record for the most expensive transaction east of Broadway. The deal was brokered by Eastdil Secured's Douglas Harmon and Adam Spies.

Savanna acquired the building in 2011 after purchasing $118 million in debt from Prudential Real Estate. Savanna was able to acquire the building from previous owner Lehman Brothers through a foreclosure auction when they defaulted. The building was previously owned by Lehman Brothers, which in 2009 had taken it over for Broadway Partners when that firm couldn't pay its debts on the building. In 1998, the building sold for $37 million.

The building, built in 1969 and once the site of the New York slave market, is home to several creative and design companies, law firms, and the Lower Manhattan Cultural Council, to which Savanna donated about 8,000 square feet of office space in 2013.
