110 East 42nd Street is a highrise bank building in the Midtown, Manhattan. Designed by York & Sawyer architects in the romanesque revival style, construction on the building was completed in 1923. Originally the site of the Bowery Savings Bank, the building is now commercial office space. It is 237 feet tall and contains 215,400 square feet of usable space.
SL Green re-acquired the building in 2011 for $85.5 million. It had owned the building previously, and sold it to Gotham Realty Holdings for $111.5 million in 2007. As of the fourth quarter of 2014, SL Green collected nearly $10.4 million in annualized rents. Major tenants at the address include Newmark Knight Frank, Curtis Mallet-Prevost, Princeton Review, and Ackman Ziff Real Estate Group, LLC.
