115 Spring Street is a low-rise, residential condominium and retail building in Manhattans Soho neighborhood. The five-story building was built in 1900.

New York REIT SL Green acquired the building for $52 million in July of 2014. SL Green bought the building for its 5,200-square-foot ground floor retail space, located in the increasingly valuable shopping district of Soho. The space is currently home to the Allouche Gallery.

In 2010, 115 Spring Street was involved in a criminal court case regarding Richard Bassicks Downtown Properties. Prosecutors alleged that Bassick stole $882,000 from the building.
