    131-137 Spring Street

    131 Spring Street
    New York, NY 10012
    Office, Retail, Leasing/Rental

131-137 Spring Street is a low-rise, mixed-use residential and commercial office building in the Soho neighborhood of Manhattan. It is 66 feet tall and contains 68,000 square feet. The building holds very valuable ground floor retail space, currently home to clothing retailers Diesel and Burberry.

The building was acquired by New York real estate company SL Green in December of 2012 for $122.3 million. At that time Thor Equities sued the seller, Willspring Holdings, claiming that Thor alone had the rights to purchase the property. Willspring had previously purchased the building for just $46 million in 2006.
