This 46-story commercial mixed-use building on Times Square is home to a Crowne Plaza hotel, as well as about 230,000 square feet of office space on nine floors. Vornado Realty Trust increased its stake in the property, according to papers filed Jan. 30, 2015, buying from City Investment Fund. The 1989 building, designed by the Alan Lapidus Group, stands between 48th and 49th Streets.
The site has about 216,000 square feet of unused air rights, according to PropertyShark. A New York Sports Club, which includes Manhattans largest indoor lap pool, sits at the base of the tower.
