The former Mutual of New York building is a 26-story, 600,000-square-foot 1950 structure between 55th and 56th Streets. Office tenants include L Brands, parent company of Bath and Body Works and Victorias Secret; the 18,560 square feet of retail space is home to the Brasserie Cognac restaurant and a Citibank branch. The original Mutual of New York illuminated sign at the top of the building served as a motif in the movie Urban Cowboy.

Vornado Realty Trust sold the building to Blackstone Group for $605 million in late 2014.
