New York, NY 10019
Residential, Sales, Leasing/Rental, Condo (Building)

1745 Broadway, also known as Random House Tower and the Park Imperial Apartments, is a mixed-use commercial and residential skyscraper composed of three adjacent towers in Midtown, Manhattan. Completed in 2003, the building measures 684 feet tall with 52 stories. Developed by Steve Ross of Related Companies for approximately $300 million, it was designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill architects in association with Ismael Leyva Architects and Adam D. Tihany.

The luxury residential units, known as the Park Imperial Apartments, begin at the 27th floor and are known for their current and former celebrity tenants such as actor Daniel Craig, writer and physician Deepak Chopra and rapper Diddy. The entire commercial condo is leased to American published and tower namesake Random House. The building contains approximately 860,000 square feet.

As of 2015, New York REIT SL Green is the majority owner at 1745 Broadway. SL Green originally acquired a minority (32.26%) stake in 2007, and achieved the majority stake mostly by buying interests from partner the Witkoff Group.
