1930 Broadway is a 30-story, 460,000 square foot mixed residential and commercial building also known as The Grand Tier. Glenwood Management, which owns and operates the building, completed construction in 2002.

The Grand Tier has 229 residential units and six commercial spaces located in Manhattans Lincoln Center neighborhood.
In 2007 Brown Harris Stevens, a large real estate firm, took one of those spaces, leasing 10,000-square-foot at 1930 Broadway. Housewares and linens retailer Bed Bath and Beyond is also a Grand Tier tenant.

The building was designed by the famed Costas Kondylis, who has designed several Glenwood projects across Manhattan. Renowned American designer John Saladino designed The Grand Tiers interiors, which include elegant marble accents and priceless French tapestry. The also provides several luxury services including a 24-hour concierge, who is available via personal service hotline, as well as the laundry, hotel, valet and garage services.
