245 Fifth Avenue is a 24-story, 307,418-square-foot office building at the corner of East 28th Street owned by Thor Equities and the Moinian Group.

In April 2011, Joseph Sitts Thor Equities and developer Joseph Moinian completed the deal to buy out Goldman Sachs at 245 Fifth Avenue for $162 million. The property had been up for sale since January 2011, when Moinian and his previous venture partner, Goldman Sachs Whitehall Funds, decided to put the building up for sale through Eastdil Secured.

The property was originally purchased for $190 million at the height of the market in 2007.
In March 2012, a $140 million loan on 245 Fifth Avenue was transferred into special servicing because of default concerns. As of February 20, 2015, Thor and Moinian still own the property.

Thor owns several properties on Fifth Avenue, including 139, 590, 597 and 693 Fifth Ave.
