    Village Green West is a planned, 12-story, 27-unit condominium project at 245 W 14th Street between the West Village and Chelsea neighborhoods of Manhattan, and is being developed by Alfa Development. It broke ground in September of 2013 and will be completed in 2015. The developers hope to achieve LEED Gold sustainability status for the building before completion. As such, it is a part of a string of developments Alfa refers to as its Green Collection. The building was designed by Kutnicki Bernstein Architects. Price range for condos is approximately $1.5 million to $7.5 million.
