3 Bryant Park at 1095 Sixth Avenue is a 630 foot skyscraper in Midtown, Manhattan. The 41-floor tower was built in 1972 and was designed by architecture firm Kahn & Jacobs. It served as the headquarters of Bell Atlantic until the early 2000s. After merging with Verizon, Verizon moved its headquarters back to the address in 2013.  In January of 2015, Blackstone Group sold the building to a partnership between Ivanhoé Cambridge and Callahan Capital Properites for $2.25 billion.
