The Olivia at 315 West 33rd Street is a mixed-use, residential and commercial office skyscraper in Midtown, Manhattan. The 500-foot tower, which was designed by SBLM Architects and completed in 2001, features 333 apartments and 205,671 square feet of commercial space. The entire building square footage comes in at just under 493,000. In addition to housing and office space, the building also holds a movie theater, a parking garage and retail stores.

New York real estate firm SL Green purchased The Olivia from Stonehenge Partners in 2012 for $386 million. The building is named after the daughter of Stonehenges Ofer Yardeni. Commercial tenants include George Little Management and Andrea & Marcus Couture Wedding Photographer.
