    32 Sixth Avenue, or the New York Global Connectivity Center, is a 549-foot tall office skyscraper in the Tribeca neighborhood of New York. It was built in 1932 and was designed in the Art Deco style by architects Voorhees, Gmelin & Walker. It was originally known as the AT&T Long Line Building and had an original address of 24 Walker Street. Rudin Management Company bought the building from AT&T in 1999.

    The buildings top tenants include Dentsu America, the American wing of the Japanese advertising agency Dentsu , with 220,000-square feet [SOURCE: TRD], Qwest Communications with 143,166-square-feet, and Cambridge University Press, which leases 69,570-square-feet. Other big tenants include Tata Communication (60,759-square-feet and Clear Channel (28,758-square-feet). Floors 24-32 are branded as The Hub: The Ultimate Meet Point for Global Communications due to many communications companies leasing on those floors.
