Jamestown, whose portfolio includes Chelsea Market and One Times Square, bought 325 Hudson Street, a West Village building for an estimated $500 per square foot, or around $120 million total, in 2012.The building is a 10-story, 240,000 square foot building located in the heart of New York Citys Hudson Square neighborhood, along the fiber-dense Hudson Street corridor.

Originally constructed as a warehouse in 1965, the building was completely redeveloped into a modern carrier hotel in 2004. A partnership comprised of Jamestown Properties, Amerimar Enterprises, and Hunter Newby acquired 325 Hudson in April 2012.

The building's tenants include, , RCN Business, United Fiber & Data, XO Communications, McGraw Communications and Global Cloud Exchange.
