    New York, NY 10029
    Retail, Residential, Sales, Leasing/Rental

333 East 102nd St. is an eight-floor building owned by Glenwood Management and completed in 2003. It is Manhattans Harlem neighborhood.

The 371,721 square foot building, also called the Hampton Court, has 230 residential units and one commercial space.
In 2012 the building made news when former city Finance Commissioner Martha Stark allegedly secured a cut-rate apartment in the building from Glenwood Management for a woman with whom she was romantically involved after the Finance Department gave Glenwood a 30 percent reduction in its tax bill at an Upper West Side building in 2007, the New York Post reported. In the same report the Post said that Charles Dorego, vice president of Glenwood, who allegedly handled the deal for Stark, said in a statement that there was no quid pro quo between Glenwood and Ms. Stark. ¾-GM
