    4 Times Square is a 1,600,000-square-foot, 809-foot tall office skyscraper at Times Square in Midtown, Manhattan. It was developed and is currently owned by The Durst Organization and was built in 1999. It is known as one of the most environmentally friendly buildings of its type and era, fitted with solar panels and gas-fired absorption chillers.

    The building was the home of publishing company Conde Nast from 1996 until its move to the newly constructed 1 World Trade Center in 2015. Conde Nast's lease at 4 Times Square was 572,724-square-feet. The largest lease at 4 Times Square, however, is the law firm of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom with 609,744 square feet.

    The very top of the building is currently fitted with 4 panels displaying the logo of Swedish clothing retailer H&M, which H&M purchased along with a 42,510-square-foot retail lease in 2013.
