40 West 57th Street is a 712,000-square-foot, 428-foot tall office skyscraper in Midtown, Manhattan. The building was built in 1972 and was designed by architect Jack Brown. It was developed by Samuel J. LeFrak and is owned by the LeFrak Organization, who also has its main offices there.

The building has a number of large leases. Clothing retailer Nautica has a 120,000-square-foot office that covers four floors. Elliott Management leases 100,042-square-feet in the building. In the mid-2000s rents at 40 West 57th Street doubled in just five years.
