420 Lexington Avenue, or The Graybar Building, is an office skyscraper at 420-430 Lexington Avenue in the Midtown section of Manhattan. It was constructed in 1927 in the Art Deco style and was designed by architects Sloan & Robertson. The building measures 351 feet in height and was renovated in 2000. The tower contains nearly 1.2 million usable square feet. The building has direct access to the Grand Central Terminal.

New York REIT SL Green Realty Corporation owns a leasehold interest at the building and collects nearly $80 million in annualized cash rents. The building currently has over 200 tenants. Major tenants include the Metro North Commuter Railroad Co., Metro Transit Authority, New York Life Insurance, DeWitt Stern Group, and Lighthouse Financial Group. In 2009, TIAA-CREF financed a $145 million leasehold mortgage on the building.

The Graybar Building is also home to the corporate campus of its owner, SL Green. The building was named for one its former tenants, Graybar Electric.
