The building at 434 Broadway has seen a number of owners over the years, and the value seems to keep going up. Built in 1910, the 58,000-square-foot SoHo office building in SoHo was built in 1910 and has six commercial units.

In 2013 the nine-story property was sold to Midtown-based Atlas Capital and New York City real estate investment firm Savanna for $62 million. The deal was noteworthy for being an all-cash arrangement and closing within 10 days, as well as netting the previous owners $20 million in profit over a period of just three years. In 2010 the property had been purchased for $41 million by the privately held real estate investment and development company Georgetown Group, which in 2007 had bought it from California-based KBS Realty Advisors. In that deal, Georgetown had paid $37.5 million.

Following the 2013 deal, Savannaas it does with many of its target propertiesinvested significant cash into the building to upgrade its lobby, sprinkler system, and roof, drawing in high-profile tech tenants in the process.
