    65 West 60th Street is a 35-floor mostly residential tower on the corner of Columbus Avenue in Manhattans Lincoln Center Neighborhood. It has a gross floor area of 408,644 square feet.

    Glenwood completed the building, also called The Regent, in 1981. It houses 322 rental units and 3 commercial spaces.
    Amid a surge of residential building in Lincoln Square, The Real Deal reported in 2014 that Glenwood was gearing up to start vertical construction on its third project in the area.

    The 48-story, 257-unit development coming to 175 West 60th Street won approval from the Department of Buildings at the beginning of 2013.Glenwood picked up the property from Fordham University for $75 million in September of 2011, as previously reported. Construction began at the end of 2013 and the tower is slated for completion in the spring of 2016.
