    461 Fifth Avenue is a 376-foot office skyscraper in Midtown, Manhattan. It was built in 1988 by Japanese developer Mitsui Fudosan and was designed by Raul de Armas at Skidmore, Owings & Merrill architects. The tower features a distinctive copper mansard roof. The 28-floor skyscraper contains 200,000 square feet.

    The building is owned by New York REIT SL Green, which it acquired in 2003 for $60.9 million. Office tenants include US Bank (36,531 square feet), Everest Reinsurance Company (17,528 square feet), BCBG (14,398 square feet), and Tudor Investment Corporation (7,134 square feet).
