The 45-story, 554,000-square-foot office and retail building at 512 Seventh Avenue in Manhattan's Garment District is leased by the Chetrit Group and the Moinian Group. Solil Management owns the ground underneath, meaning that Chetrit and Moinian rent control of the building from Solil.

Floors of the Depression-era building run from about 10,000 square feet to nearly 16,000 square feet, though there are individual units for rent within these floors that are less than half these sizes, including a penthouse office running to 2,770 square feet. Asking rents are in the upper $50s a square foot.

Tenants include Joseph and Meyer Chetrit, brothers who help run the family real estate concern, which operates the building (as well as neighboring 500 Seventh Avenue, also minority-owned by Moinian and ground-leased by Solil). The brothers moved into the space after splitting professionally with two other brothers in 2011.

Other tenants include Sterling National Bank, the restaurant Gingers and the Levy Group, a clothier.
