    600 Lexington Avenue, alternatively known as Manhattan Tower, is a 436-foot office skyscraper in Midtown, Manhattan. It was designed by Emery Roth & Sons architects and finished construction in 1985. The building contains 303,515 square feet.

    New York REIT SL Green acquired the building from a joint venture led by Hines Interests for $193 million in 2010, a deal that came in at $636 a square foot. However, shortly after SL Green sold a 45% joint venture ownership stake to the Canadian Pension Plan Investment Board (CPPIB) with SL Green remaining the managing partner.

    Tenants at 600 Lexington Avenue include MKP Capital Management, Goldberg Segalla, Samson Capital Advisors, Element Capital Management, Boodell & Company Capital, Transwestern, Pret A Manger and Falcon Investment Advisors.
