625 Madison Avenue, also known as The Revlon Building, is a 204-foot high-rise retail and commercial office building in the Plaza District of Midtown, Manhattan. Designed by Sloan and Robertson Architects, it was originally constructed as a 10-story building in 1930, but an additional six stories were added in 1957. The building contains 563,000 square feet of usable space.

SL Green Realty owns a leasehold interest at the building, having acquired it in 2004, and as of Q4 of 2014 collects some $47.1 million in annualized rents. The building currently has 21 tenants. Major tenants include retail giants Neiman Marcus, Swarovski, corporate offices of Polo/Ralph Lauren (340,000-square feet), Baccarat and Fratelli Rossetti. In late 2013, Ashkenazy Acquisition went into contract to buy the ground under 625 Madison for $400 million. SL Green has a lease on the ground that runs until 2054, but is due for a rent reset in 2022.
