711 Third Avenue is a 221-foot high-rise commercial office building in Midtown, Manhattan. It was built in 1955 and was designed by William Lescaze and Associates. The lobby features an original Hans Hoffman mural. The building contains 585,000 square feet of space.

New York real estate firm SL Green Realty owns the building. It briefly attempted to sell it in 2011, but took the address off the market after just three months because no offers in the expected $200 - $225 million range were received.

Office tenants at 711 Third Avenue include KPR, McKinsey & Company (50,000 square feet), Parade Publication (89,413 square feet), Newport News, Inc., Taylor & Francis Group LLC (33,000-square-feet).
