724 Fifth Avenue, or the J.M. Gidding & Company Building, is a 1923 commercial office building designed by Severance & Van Alen architects. It measures 132.78 feet tall, contains more than 65,000 square feet and is part of the worlds most valuable retail corridor on Fifth Avenue. In 2014, 720-724 Fifth Avenue placed third on The Real Deals list of Manhattans highest grossing retail buildings with $33 million in annual revenue

In 2012, a partnership consisting of SL Green, Jeff Suttons Wharton Properties and Stonehenge Partners teamed up to buy a 10-building portfolio which included 724 Fifth Avenue for $400 million. Currently SL Green maintains 50% ownership in the building.

The address is home to luxury clothing retailer Prada (20,000 square feet) and a number of galleries such as Findlay Gallery, Maxwell Davidson Gallery, Tibor Gallery and others.
