The 41-story glass and steel office and retail tower on the west side of Park Avenue offers approximately 879,000 rentable square feet of space. Office tenants include Capital One, the law firm Alston & Bird and financial data provider FactSet, which in April 2014 increased its space to 160,000 square feet, extending its least for 15 more years. The retail space is home to branches of Bank of America and Citibank.

Owner Vornado Realty Trust in 2014 began a $30 million renovation of the building, which went up in 1964 and had a lobby renovation in 1997.
