New York, NY 10023
Residential, Sales, Leasing/Rental, Condo

2101 Broadway is a New York retail space and part of the historic Ansonia Hotel (2109 Broadway) on Manhattans Upper West Side Side, completed by William Earl Dodge Stokes in 1904. The Ansonia was always considered a residential hotel but was converted into condominiums in 1992. It has been the home of many celebrities and important public figures over the years, including Theodore Dreiser, Igor Stravinsky, Babe Ruth and Angelina Jolie.

The ground-floor retail lease at 2101 Broadway is currently owned by Madison Captial, who acquired the 37,000-square-foot lease from the flailing Loehmanns department store in 2014. Madison acquired 39 total leases from Loehmanns across the United States, a portfolio of over 1,000,000 square feet across twelve states. The space at 2010 Broadway is currently home to The North Face clothing store. WP
