Bronx Terminal Market is a 913,000-square-foot shopping center in the Bronx, south of Yankee Stadium, erected in 2009 by Related Companies, the developer and landlord. The complex, formerly known as the Gateway Center at Bronx Terminal Market, is located at 610 Exterior Street. It is built on a 17-acre site that formerly housed a wholesale produce market, also called Bronx Terminal Market, as well as a jail, the Bronx House of Detention. The now-demolished produce market was, at one point, the largest wholesale market for Hispanic food in the U.S.

From 1972 to 2004, developer David Buntzman held the 99-year lease on the land. Related Companies acquired the lease in 2004 for $42.5 million, in a transaction that had to be approved by the city. GreenbergFarrow Architect and Brennan Beer Gorman/Architects designed the Silver LEED-certified building. As of February 2015, retail tenants included Home Depot, Staples, Target, BJ's Wholesale Club, Bed, Bath & Beyond, Marshalls, Best Buy, and Toys R Us. In 2010, the mall won the Pinnacle Award for new construction and the Henry J. Muller Achievement Award Recognizing Vision for New York. It is also the winner of the CHPC Impact Award SMR and the 2011 GNYCUC Top Project Award.
