The high-rise is located at 181 East 65th Street, at the corner with Third Avenue. Robert A.M. Stern designed the building, with a redbrick and limestone faade, French balconies, and bay windows. Ismael Leyva Architects designed the interiors. Amenities include doorman and concierge services, a rooftop terrace, a gym, and a garage with valet service. Banana Republic, Labrecque, and Pronto Parking Corporation occupy the retail space at the base of the building. The Chatham sits on the former site of the Sign of the Dove Restaurant.
