Gateway Plaza (or Gateway) at Battery Park City, located at 345-395 South End Avenue, is a high-rise residential building complex in the southwestern corner of Lower Manhattan. The complex was built in 1983 by the LeFrak Organization and was designed by architects from Irving E. Gershon Associates and Jack Brown. It was the first complex constructed in Battery Park City.

In recent years the LeFrak Organizations troubled relationship with tenants has made headlines. In 2012, tenants complained when LeFrak tried to institute a breed-specific dog ban at Gateway that included 12 different breeds, many of which were already owned by long time building tenants. In 2014 a suit was filed against LeFrak by tenants who claimed that their units were shoddily constructed and poorly insulated, causing the apartments to be incredibly energy inefficient. One tenant complained of having to chisel ice off of the inside of her windows to prevent water damage. The LeFrak Organization said it would repair these units but did not, and the tenants soon filed against it.
