Jackson Heights
Jackson Heights, NY 11372
Retail, Residential, Leasing/Rental, Multifamily

Jackson Heights is a neighborhood in northwestern Queens. It is bordered by Roosevelt Avenue, Broadway, Leverich Street, Northern Boulevard, and Junction Boulevard. The neighborhood is served by the 7 train of the New York City subway system. Most of its housing stock consists of low-rise apartment buildings erected in the early 20th century, interspersed with townhouses and single-family homes. Like many other New York City neighborhoods, rising real estate prices have spurred real estate development. In 2007, a building at 80-09 35th Avenue was converted to condominiums. _TA
