    151 East 85th Street, also known as The Lucida, is a residential building erected in 2009 by Extell Development Company, located at the intersection of 86th Street and Lexington Avenue. It includes both condominium and rental units above retail space. The 20-story, glass-sheathed building, designed by COOKFOX (formerly Cook+Fox Architects) has an entrance at 1269 Lexington Avenue. Amenities at the LEED-certified building include a doorman, a concierge, a spa with a pool, a residents lounge with a catering kitchen, and a childrens playroom. S. Russell Groves designed the interiors. In 2010, The Lucida received an Award of Merit from publisher New York Construction. The building, which occupies the avenue block-front between 85th and 86th Streets, has three floors of ground-level retail with large bays. In 2010, Vornado Realty Trust acquired the 96,000-square-foot retail space from Extell for $165 million. The deal also included 24 rental apartments.
