The Lyric is a 20-story, 285-unit rental property on the Upper West Side, erected in 2000 by Related Companies, the landlord and developer. The building is located at 255 West 94th Street, on the corner of Broadway. Costas Kondylis and Partners designed the 232,000-square-foot tower. The tower is built on steel girders, on top of the 1915 two-story building that houses the Symphony Space. The Rockwell Group designed the interiors. The building also uses the 2521 Broadway address.

Amenities include bicycle storage, a business center, a children's playroom, a gym, and a rooftop terrace. Retail tenants at the base of the building include Acupuncture Center, New York Sports Club, Starbucks, and TD Bank. Related Companies was allowed to building 40 units more than otherwise permitted in exchange for erecting an 11-unit low-income rental property on West 105th Street.
