One Battery Park Plaza
One Battery Park Plaza (24 State Street) is a 495-foot tall, 915,000-square-foot office tower in the Financial District of Manhattan. It was built in 1969 and designed by Emery Roth & Sons architects. The building is owned by Rudin Management Company through Castle Clinton Associates, who took complete control over the building when they bought out Rose Associates stake in for $80 million in 2012.
The largest lease-holder in the building is Hughes Hubbard & Reed with 10 floors and 219,643-square-feet. Other notable leases include tenants Seward & Kissel (129,955-square-feet) and McKee Nelson (88,920-square-feet).
