Tribeca Park is a 29-story, 396-unit residential rental property in Battery Park City, erected by developer and landlord Related Companies in 1999. Robert A.M. Stern Architects designed the 353,000-square-foot building, located at 400 Chambers Street, at the corner of River Terrace. The redbrick tower has a curved corner, inset balconies, and an exposed rooftop water tank on a sculpted podium. Stuyvesant High School is across Chambers Street. The building faces Teardrop Park. Amenities include bicycle storage, a business center, a children's playroom, a lounge, a gym, a rooftop terrace, and a pool. As of February 2015, Central Parking occupied the retail space at the base of the building. The building is an 80/20 development, meaning 80% of apartments are rented at market rates, while 20% are allocated to low-income tenants at a steep discount.

In April 2014, Related offered the building for sale as a potential condo conversion, the New York Post reported. Only 80% of the units may be converted to condominiums, while the rest would have to remain affordable rentals, the paper added.
