Tribeca Pointe at 41 River Terrace is a 400-foot apartment high-rise in Manhattans Battery Park City, near Tribeca. The building was designed by Gruzen Samton architects, and was built by Rockrose Development, a real estate development and management firm in New York. It opened in 1999, and contains 340 units in 370,000 square feet.

As of 2015, average effective rent at Tribeca Point is $3,600 for a one-bedroom apartment. A three-bedroom penthouse goes for a much as $10,000. Commercial tenants include Terrys on the groundfloor (1,000 square feet), Stevenson Repair Service (500 sq. ft.) and Maroon Entertainment (500 sq. ft.).

In March of 2014, Rockrose put the building on the market, where it was expected to sell for in the neighborhood of $300 million. The tower did not sell.
