More famously known as Trump Tower, 721-725 Fifth Avenue is a 58-story mixed-use building a few blocks south of Central Park.

When Donald Trump built the building in 1983, the tower was lauded for its architectural design, and its sawtooth plan makes it still one of the more recognizable skyscrapers in Manhattan. The tower was built after the Bonwit Teller Building, home to one of the oldest department stores in New York City, was demolished.

Since then the tower has become one of Trump's flagship buildings, to the point where in 2011 he pitched a TV drama centering around several New Yorkers who lived in the building (Trump even suggested writers could draw inspiration from the real-life celebrities, like Steven Spielberg, who lived there). More notably these days, the property is home to several companies, including Gucci, which has leased its 6,000-foot four-story flagship store there since 2008. Trump Tower also houses one of the Manhattan locations of the World Currency Exchange, Trump Organization, and a number of celebrities, financiers, and even indicted Russian mobsters.

Kamco, which filed a mechanic’s lien for the work in April 2015, claims that Nastasi used payments from the general contractor and property owner to pay other companies, when the money should have gone to the material supplier. The class-action lawsuit is open to those who provided work or materials to Nastasi on several projects, including Madison Square Garden, Trump Tower, 200 Park Avenue and 10 Columbus Circle, according to court documents...

Sutton is known for buying properties to create new opportunities. And one source pointed out that he controls neighboring 720 Fifth Avenue, where Abercrombie & Fitch has a lease that expires in 2018. If combined, the properties would have 100 feet of Fifth Avenue frontage -- one of the largest exposures on the street (after Gucci at Trump Tower) -- and give Sutton leverage to get a premium rent...
