The Westminster is a 16-story, 254-unit residential rental property in Chelsea, erected by developer and landlord Related Companies in 2002. Robert A.M. Stern Architects designed the 179,000-square-foot building, located at 180 West 20th Street, on the corner of Seventh Avenue. The building also uses the following two addresses: 153 Seventh Avenue and 159 West 19th Street. Amenities include bicycle storage, a business center, a lounge, a gym, and a rooftop terrace. As of February 2015, a Sovereign Bank branch, Habitat American Corporation, Duane Reade, Manhattan Jewish Education Network, and Central Parking occupied the retail space at the base of the building.
