    Windsor Court is a 710-unit high rise apartment building complex consisting of two towers in the Murray Hill neighborhood of Manhattan. It was built in 1988 and designed in the modernist style by Phil Birnbaum & Associates architects. It is owned by Milstein Properties and managed by Ogden CAP. Two bedroom apartments in the rental building list for as much as $6,000 a month.

    The apartment building has come to symbolize Murray Hillss reputation as a home for affluent and single recent college graduates, as profiled by the New York Times in 2011. At that time, over 70% of the apartments at Windsor Court were occupied by singles and nearly 80% of residents were college graduates.
