New podcast gets bullish about Downtown

Kent Swig is the latest interview subject for The Real Deal‘s weekly podcast. His Swig Equities is the fifth-largest commercial landlord in Downtown, and he’s also the co-chairman of Terra Holdings, which owns brokerages Brown Harris Stevens and Halstead.
