Rent-stablized landlords suing city

The Rent Stabilization Association, which represents landlords of more than 1 million rent-stabilized apartments, is suing the city over rent hikes passed by the Rent Guidelines Board in June. The board approved 2.75 percent increases for one-year leases in rent-stabilized apartments and 5.5 percent increases for two-year leases. The landlords, however, want bigger increases. more [NYDN]
