1 York Street to stretch an entire Tribeca block

Sales are about to begin at the new condo complex 1 York Street. Designed by architect Enrique Norten, the complex occupies an entire block in northern Tribeca, and splices a modern glass tower with a revamped building from the 1850s. Construction is expected to be completed in April 2007, with the two-building complex having 40 units. more [NYT]
