Home prices in Manhattan are among the steepest in any city on Earth — no doubt about that. But, imagine what housing, say, the average cost of a Manhattan studio could buy elsewhere outside the city. A recent Corcoran Group market report put the average price for a condo or co-op studio at $413,000.
