Bloomberg: Market slowing dramatically

Mayor Michael Bloomberg during his weekly radio show on Friday sounded a call of caution for the city’s housing market: “The real estate market is slowing dramatically and we’re going to have a problem down the road.” Oddly enough, barely three months ago, Bloomberg was touting the strength of the housing market during his successful re-election campaign. more [Reuters] and more [Matrix]
