Ian Schrager is working hard to make 40 Bond Street stand out from the luxury condo crowd. And he has to, after all: The 11-story Greenwich Village building is asking $2,800 a square foot for its 27 units of luxury — though, right now, it’s but a whole in the ground awaiting development. more [NYT]
