Craigslist being sued over discriminatory ads

Craigslist.org is being sued by a fair housing group in Chicago over accusations that the popular Web site violates the Fair Housing Act of 1968 by publishing discriminatory advertisements for housing. If the lawsuit succeeds, Craigslist will be forced to follow the same rules as newspapers do in classified advertising listings. more [NYT]
