Flower District blooms with new developments

A number of mixed-use developments are blooming in the flower district along the Sixth Avenue corridor between 23rd and 32nd streets. These include a new condo tower at 101 West 24th Street, built on an old parking lot once owned by Con Edison; another condo development on the west side of Sixth Avenue between 23rd and 24th streets; and a $550 million condo-hotel hybrid on West 29th Street. more [Sun]
